Occasionally in daily work, customers will give feedback on why different batches of TFT LCD screens will display differently after they are lit. The following is the main reason for the chromatic aberration of the TFT LCD Screen by the editor:

1. The batch nature of TFT Liquid Crystal Display (backlight) which is the main reason for the color difference of TFT liquid crystal screen: The light source inside the backlight is a bulb, and the white light is composed of the three primary colors of RGB, and there is no separate white light emission. The wavelength of white light is 0.28~0.32 in the x direction and 0.27~0.31 in the y direction OLED Display Module. The left and right values reflect the optics and directly cause the display effect of the liquid crystal panel to change slightly. Therefore, the colors of TFT screens produced in different batches are slightly different Transparent OLED.

2. Polarizers which are the main cause of chromatic aberration of TFT LCD screens: Polarizers are composed of multiple layers of polymer materials and have the function of generating polarized light. According to their different positions on the LCD screen, they can be roughly divided into face plates. There are two kinds of negative film, which mainly include polarizing layer, TAC layer, adhesive, release film, protective film, and reflective film. The polarizing film will reflect different colors depending on the angle, and the display effect will be different. Therefore, the polarizers produced in different batches and the polarizers produced in each batch have different rotation angles according to different batches, which will affect the final effect OLED Microdisplay.

3. The main voltage of the TFT LCD screen chromatic aberration: As the voltage of different batches of glass substrates will fluctuate ±0.5V when leaving the factory, try to adjust the output voltage to the same in production, but it is difficult to be completely consistent. Therefore, we usually recommend that customers add the function of adjusting the contrast on the software and hardware. It can be seen that the display effects of different batches of LCD screens are different, which are related to many aspects. TFT screen manufacturers will help customers consider these factors. According to customer requirements, try to meet the same color of the same batch 0.42-1.3 Inch OLED.
